Introducing our V2 1UZ Alloy Cam Gear Set. Completely redesigned cam gear centers and an incorporated trigger backing plate sure to enhance and brighten up any 1UZ build.

These gears incorporate a unique serrated mechanical lock as well as the standard friction lock, coupled with all titanium hardware they simply will not budge, as well as keeping rotational mass at a minimum (350 grams alloy outer with fasteners). In comparison, OEM static gears weigh 550 grams.

Our Alloy outer cam gears sport a natural colour true hard-anodized finish that is noticeable by the dark olive green appearance and will long outlast any of the decorative anodized finishes you may be more familiar with.

Adjusting cam gears with a blunt object and hammer are also a thing of the past as we include an adjusting spigot that clips on to your half-inch ratchet making the kit a dream to adjust. These cam gears are available in the FULL PRP 12 colour range (see options).

PLEASE NOTE: These cam gears come with titanium bolts for positional adjustment and fit the following engines:

  • 1UZ-FE Non VVTI

CRITICAL INFORMATION: You can also purchase our Billet Retainer Plate and a Titanium Bolt to secure each cam gear onto the camshafts via the options, or you can purchase the came gears alone and use your OEM hardware to fit them.

Installation Warning

Please ensure you tighten the adjustment bolts as these are NOT supplied torqued. Please also remove the plastic adjustment tool (if fitted) before running the engine. Failure to do so could result in engine damage!
