Which countries do you ship to?
Platinum Racing Products ships worldwide via many couriers in order to give our customers a larger range of options to suit their shipping needs.
Why is my shipping quote NOT being calculated?
Often caused by CITY or POSTCODE errors. Double-check your shipping details or email us for help.
Why is my order taking so long?
Some parts are subject to delays due to global shortages (e.g., sensors, ARP hardware). We try to resolve issues quickly, even if it costs us extra.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, from 10am–4pm, Mon–Fri at our Tuggerah NSW warehouse. Address is sent once the order is ready.
Do I have to pay import duties? (International)
It’s the customer’s responsibility to check their local import rules. We’ll provide correct documentation where needed.

Is the PRP product in stock?
We are enthusiasts as well, and as such we want to support anything and everything you want and need.
We have well over 20,000 products listed with a few thousand of our own made in house.
We stock almost everything raw, and we anodise on demand for the special colours.
Orders are actioned with priority according to date of entry.
