Liability & Media Release Indemnity Form

Company: Platinum RP Pty Ltd

This form confirms the customer’s approval of media content and outlines the limit of liability and indemnity terms.

1. Approval of Media Content

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all media content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, artwork, release dates, and any associated intellectual property, prior to its release or publication.

2. Limit of Liability

Platinum RP Pty Ltd will exercise reasonable care in preparing and releasing media content. However, the Customer agrees that Platinum RP Pty Ltd shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, claims, costs, or expenses (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising from:

  • Accidental release of confidential or intellectual property.
  • Incorrect, premature, or delayed release of media.
  • Errors, omissions, or misstatements in approved content.
  • Third-party use, distribution, or reliance on the released media.

3. Indemnity

The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Platinum RP Pty Ltd, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • The content of the media as approved by the Customer.
  • Any intellectual property infringement, misrepresentation, or error in the released media.
  • Any dispute or claim arising from the publication, release, or distribution of the media.

4. Customer Approval

By signing below, the Customer confirms that:

  • They have reviewed and approved the media for release.
  • They accept full responsibility for the content and timing of the release.
  • They acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Limit of Liability & Media Release Indemnity Form.
