Aeroflow compressor wheel speed sensor.

The Aeroflow Performance speed sensor detects the rotational speed of the turbocharger's compressor wheel. The data gathered by this speed sensor is extremelyvaluable when assesing the efficiency of your turbo and engine combination at any given boost pressure and RPM. 

Suits any Aeroflow Boosted Turbocharger or any turbocharger with M6 x 0.5mm port.


Turbo Speed sensors are critical in accurately identifying how fast the turbo is spinning and where your engine is operating on the compressor map.

Overspinning your turbo will risk turbo failure, although the RPM is upwards of 140,000 RPM in applications for example, how do you know if you're exceeding this RPM? 

Turbos that break tend to go though coolers and engines and get stuck everywhere, no matter the turbo brand, they all have a limit. 

Please investigate the RPM limits of your chosen turbo and run a speed sensor so you know where that limit is in your application.
