Outrageous postage

Received the buttons after waiting almost 2 months. I had to contact PRP to find out they were on back order.
Postage was outrageous, for 8x4mm buttons came in a small zip lock bag all loose together and charged me $32.97 postage.
I spoke with PRP about this and asked to chuck in some merch if possible and they said they requested some goodies to be added but I got nothing.
